Woiden.id – How to Use SOCKS5 on Android for Free Internet. SOCKS5 is the most advanced proxy technology on the internet today, and was developed for applications or programs that do not support proxies directly. SOCKS5 has advanced security with multiple authentication methods. In other words only authorized users can access the SOCKS5 proxy server.
SOCKS5 is the latest SOCKS version of the SOCKS protocol, SOCKS5 is faster than other proxies because it transfers smaller data packets. Therefore, SOCKS5 offers faster download speeds, which is why many users use SOCKS5 to connect to websites and P2P sharing platforms.
SOCKS5 already supports TCP and UDP, as well as remote DNS queries and authorization with passwords and logins. The ability to support both UDP and TCP transfer protocols means SOCKS5 can work with any protocol its users want.
